letter to the vice chancellor

hi... can i call u vc? please do, coz thatwhat all students call u. am shocked that u are not on facebook or twitter. it is the 21st century. do u blog? when i try to reach you i have to go to my head of department, school dean , dean of students, deputy vc before i get to knock on ur door. y are u so hard to reach? u call it heirachy, i call it obstacles. please create a fan page,have a twitter account  then just then will i tell u my predicament.
